About

Nathan Miglani

For Nathan Miglani, excellence in customer service is a driving force.

After arriving in New Zealand more than a decade ago, Nathan quickly amassed a wealth of experience in home and business lending. From working in a high street bank to a dedicated mortgage brokerage, he gained a deep understanding of what it took to secure lending – and what customers really needed to help them get there.

A sense that customers weren’t getting the level of guidance they needed through traditional approaches led Nathan to set up his own Loan Market franchise in 2017. From a team of one, Nathan grew Loan Market Paramount into an award-winning company with a reputation for exceptional customer service, hard work and attention to detail. It is an approach that paid dividends: in 2022, Nathan was named Number 1 Mortgage Adviser in Australasia in the Loan Market Awards, while Loan Market Paramount was named Top Brokerage in New Zealand.

In 2023, Nathan Miglani left the Loan Market franchise and rebranded as NZ Mortgages. It was a natural next step, enabling Nathan and his team to take their commitment to customer service even further, establishing processes and procedures that put the customer first, always.

For Nathan, now surrounded by a team of like-minded mortgage advisers and support staff, it means returning to the core principles that first led him into business: a dedication to helping clients make informed decisions reflecting what’s important to them today – and what will matter in the future.

As a property investor himself, Nathan has first-hand knowledge of development and construction, ensuring he is able to provide the very best advice in these specialist fields. A family man with two young children, he also understands the realities of balancing professional and personal life, time management and what really matters to families in New Zealand.
